Logon to http://evha.dyndns.org/
Save http://evha.dyndns.org/ in your Favorites for additional Work Orders
Click on Customer Access – New Work Order
Enter Name, Email, Phone, Address (e.g. 999 Greenhills), Priority and Description
Exit the session. You cannot use Back Button to return to website.
