chevron_rightWhat services and amenities are included in my monthly HOA fee? (Updated) Our Association fee supports a maintenance-free lifestyle by covering a comprehensive suite of benefits. These dues provide for our on-site operations manager and professional maintenance team, city water and sewer services.The fee also encompasses essential exterior building upkeep—including roofs, siding, masonry, doors, and windows—as well as the maintenance of internal plumbing and electrical systems located within the walls; up to the point of connection. Furthermore, it ensures the meticulous care of our 25 acres of grounds, including lawn care and snow removal, and grants residents full access to all Community Amenities such as the private pool and clubhouse and fitness center.

chevron_rightHow do I get a key fob for the pool or get access to the gym? (Updated) New fobs can be requested through the management office. Please note that fobs are only issued to co-owners in good standing. Accessed to the gym is by keypad code.

chevron_rightIs there a property transfer tax in Washtenaw County, Michigan? Yes, there is a real estate transfer tax for condos in Washtenaw County, Michigan. The tax includes both state and county fees on property sales.Total Tax: Generally $8.60 per $1,000 of the sale price.
State Fee: $7.50 per $1,000
County Fee: $1.10 per $1,000
Responsibility: The tax is usually paid by the seller when recording the deed, unless otherwise agreed upon. It is paid to the Washtenaw County Treasurer.Earhart Village does not charge a transfer fee at the time of sale.

(Updated) To preserve our award-winning aesthetic, the Board must review all exterior modifications. To make a landscaping change please submit the Landscape Modification Form. To make a structural change please submit the Architectural Modification Form.

Renters are not able to access this section at this time.If you are existing an Co-Owner and have forgotten your password, just click on 'Login' in the upper right corner of any page and then 'Forgot Password'. If your email is registered as the owner of a unit in Earhart Village you will receive a password reset email.If you have recently purchased a unit in Earhart Village. Welcome to the community! Please contact us here to inform us of your purchase including your name, email, and unit number. Once we have verified your ownership, we will add you to the website and send you instructions to set your password.
